Welcome to Digital Divas. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from Digital Divas.
  • By purchasing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Digital Products

  • All products sold are digital and include customized LoRA models.
  • Upon purchase of a LoRA model, you (the buyer) are granted full ownership of the rights to that model. This includes the right to use, modify, and distribute the model as you see fit.
  • Digital Divas retains no rights to the purchased LoRA model unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of a LoRA model is transferred to the buyer upon successful purchase. However:
  • Digital Divas does not provide warranties or guarantees regarding third-party claims on intellectual property related to datasets or algorithms used in creating the LoRA models.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws when using purchased LoRA models.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.) at checkout.
  • All prices are listed in [Currency] and are subject to change without notice.

5. SMS (Text-Message) Communications

5.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Digital Divas, whether at checkout, on your account page, or through any other interaction with our Services, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text) messages from us. Messages may be transactional (e.g., order confirmations, delivery notices) or promotional (e.g., new product alerts, special offers). Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5.2 Opt-Out / STOP Commands

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send or by emailing admin@digitaldivas.ai with “SMS Opt-Out” in the subject line. After opting out you may receive one final message confirming your request.

5.3 Help Commands and Support

5.4 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan and carrier. Digital Divas is not responsible for these charges.

5.5 Data Usage for SMS

We use your mobile phone number solely to send SMS messages described in this section and to maintain related opt-in/opt-out records. Your number is not sold and is shared only with trusted messaging-platform providers bound by strict confidentiality duties.

5.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • LoRA models are sold “as is” without warranty of any kind. Digital Divas disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Digital Divas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or ownership of LoRA models purchased from us.

9. Account Suspension

  • Digital Divas reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to your account if you breach these terms.
