Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Because ownership rights are transferred to the buyer upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• You change your mind after purchase.
• You fail to download the product within the provided timeframe.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• The product was not delivered due to technical issues (e.g., download link failure).
• The file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a functioning replacement.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us at admin@digitaldivas.ai within 7 days of purchase.
• Include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
• Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Digital Divas and may take up to 10 business days.

3. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Digital Divas for resolution may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Ownership Disclaimer

Once ownership rights to a LoRA model are transferred to the buyer, Digital Divas has no further claims or control over its use. This transfer of rights is irreversible, and no refunds will be issued once the transfer is complete.
