REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Digital Divas LLC, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality technical consultancy and mentorship. Because our products involve irrevocable digital goods and professional labor hours, we maintain a strict refund policy.
Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any setup package or subscription.
1. Setup & Mentorship Packages (High-Ticket Items)
Our “Basic Setup” ($995), “Mentorship Package” ($1,495), and “Character Add-ons” are classed as Professional Services.

No Refunds After Service Initiation: Once the onboarding process has begun, or the proprietary character configuration files have been delivered/installed on your instance, the fee is non-refundable.

Why? These fees cover the time of our consultants to configure your environment and the intellectual property contained in our custom workflows. Unlike a physical product, this time and knowledge cannot be “returned.”

Exception: If you request a cancellation before any setup work has commenced and before any files have been delivered, a full refund may be issued, minus a 5% administrative processing fee.
2. Monthly Support Subscriptions
Our subscription tiers (Basic, Supernova, Mentorship) provide access to our gated community, ongoing updates, and support.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting support.

No Partial Refunds: Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing month. You will retain access to the community and support until your billing cycle ends.
3. Technical Issues & Satisfaction
We are committed to ensuring your AI environment works correctly.

If you experience technical difficulties with the configuration we provided, we are obligated to help you resolve them via our Support Ticket system.

Technical issues are not grounds for an immediate refund unless Digital Divas is unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable number of attempts.
4. Third-Party Costs (RunPod)
Digital Divas sets up software on your own private cloud instance (specifically RunPod.io).

We Do Not Refund RunPod Fees: Any costs associated with renting GPUs or cloud storage are paid directly by you to RunPod. Digital Divas cannot refund these third-party charges.
5. Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud
We take “Friendly Fraud” (charging back a valid transaction after receiving the service) very seriously.

If you have an issue, you agree to contact admin@digitaldivas.ai first to find a resolution.

If a chargeback is initiated for a non-refundable service that was delivered in accordance with these terms, Digital Divas LLC reserves the right to:

Immediately revoke your access to all software, communities, and updates.

Dispute the chargeback using this policy and proof of service delivery.

Ban your account and identity from all future services.
